Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to us. Stratejm owns, operates, or provides access to various websites and online interactive features and services including, but not limited to, the Stratejm website, the Stratejm portal, the Security-as-a-Service applications, emails, and reports (collectively “Services”). This Stratejm Privacy Statement explains the personal data that Stratejm collects and processes, how Stratejm processes it, and for what purposes.

This Privacy Statement applies to all information collected about you by Stratejm, regardless of how it is collected or stored, and describes, among other things, the types of information collected about you when you interact with Stratejm services, how your information may be used, when your information may be disclosed, how you can control the use and disclosure of your information and how your information is protected.

Except as otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy, Stratejm is a data controller (as that term is used under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)), which means that we decide how and why the information you provide to us is processed. This Privacy Statement may be amended or updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices with respect to the processing of your information, or changes in applicable law.

We may process the following types of information: your personal details (e.g., your name); demographic data (e.g., your age); your contact details (e.g., your address); records of your consents; purchase details; details of your employer (where relevant); information about your interactions with our content or advertising; and any views or opinions you provide to us. We may also process information about you from your use of our services (e.g., the type of device you are using, the internet service provider, etc.), including your interactions with the content on our services.

Stratejm may collect or obtain User Information about you: (a) directly from you (e.g., where you contact us); (b) in the course of our relationship with you including your use of our services; (c) when you make Personal Information public; and (d) when you visit, register for and/or use any of our Services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Stratejm and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. Stratejm may also receive User Information from third parties (e.g., social network sites).

Stratejm may share your personal data with your consent or to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested or authorized. We also share data (a) with vendors working on our behalf; (b) when required by law or to respond to legal process; (c) to protect our customers; (d) to protect lives; (e) to maintain the security of our products; and (f) to protect the rights and property of Stratejm and its customers.
